About Me

Karli Fisher is a 22-year old playwright and theatre artist from Houston, TX. She is currently based in Boston, MA, where she enjoys much cooler weather but misses things like Kaboom Books, Montrose, and southern charm from back home.

As a young playwright and creative, she is finding her voice in the world of the surreal, focusing on telling stories of women, unconventional families, and queer relationships in thought-provoking, boundary-pushing theatrical forms which reflect the chaos and heart of everyday life.

She will graduate from Emerson College in the Spring of 2025 as a member of the Honors Program with a BFA in Theatre and Performance and a minor in Dramatic Writing.
